Peer review policy

All manuscripts submitted to IJCESEN is reviewed by Editor-in-Chief (or any other Editor) and if it is in the scope of journal then EiC assign external reviewers. If not EiC may reject submission directly:

The papers undergo a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process.

The review process includes:

  1. Initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and formatting.

  2. Similarity checking using plagiarism detection software.

  3. Assignment to at least two independent and different organisation expert reviewers.

  4. If both reviewer desice opposite then EiC may assign third reviewer.
  5. Reviewers evaluate originality, scientific quality, methodology, ethical compliance, clarity, and significance.

  6. The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on reviewers' recommendations.

Possible editorial decisions include:

  • Accept

  • Minor Revision

  • Major Revision

  • Reject

Reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality, declare conflicts of interest, and provide objective and constructive evaluations.

The identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.
